Terms and Conditions Liability
Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House is fully insured against medical malpractice. As a client it is your responsibility to ensure you disclose all medical information about yourself to ensure a safe treatment plan can be formulated. Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House is not responsible for any adverse events caused as a result of not disclosing full medical history or details. Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House also takes no responsibility for any adverse events caused by not following aftercare advice or instructions.

Booking Policy
To request an appointment please contact with your full name, consultation/treatment wanted, email address and what dates and times are preferable to you. Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House will strive to accommodate this. All bookings for injectable treatments require a £40 deposit within 24 hours, the deposit will be deducted from the final amount due. Following deposit payment, you will be sent further information regarding your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. We understand this may not always be possible due to emergency or unexpected circumstances but by allowing 48hrs notice it ensures we can reschedule your appointment and allow another client to fill this one.

Refund Policy
Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House does not offer refunds and treatment prices are non-negotiable.

Feedback
All feedback is much appreciated to allow continual improvement to the service. Feedback is welcomed via text, email and Instagram. If you feel you need to make a complaint, please contact directly as soon as possible.

Consent
All clients will be consulted and consented for all treatments. You will be asked certain personal and medical questions to formulate your medical record and treatment plan. All client information is private and confidential and stored securely and in accordance with GDPR.

Over 18’s
Aesthetic treatments are for adults aged 18 and over by UK law. Please ensure you are aged 18 or over at the time of booking. You may be asked for ID, if you are unable to confirm your age Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House has the right to refuse treatment.

Personal Belongings
Aesthetic Nurse at Maple House takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings whilst visiting the clinic.

Lateness and No Show
If you know you are going to be late for an appointment, please inform as soon as possible. If you fail to turn up for your appointment without notice this will be documented and may affect future bookings.

Correction Work
Correction work is priced following consultation and depends upon the area to be corrected or dissolved.
